imply any purchase obligation.

You need to fill out registration form with your personal information and choose a password. The password is not the one
you normally use to log on to the Internet, but it is one you will choose specifically for infoaffreschi.it.
After your registration, you will receive a confirmation message. From then on, you will be a registered user and be able
to go into “Account”.

Orders on infoaffreschi.it can be placed only by users who are registered with the website, following the online purchase

Affreschi & Affreschi reserves the right to refuse an order if doubts exist over its truthfulness - incomplete or inconsistent
personal data, supposable default already revealed in previous purchases, doubtful credit card authenticity - or if items
requested are out of stock. Refusals of orders are communicated by e-mail and may not arrive in good time, but also after
a request for information has been sent by the customer.
How to make a purchase
Purchasing on infoaffreschi.it is easy. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:
1) When you find the item you want to buy, choose the quantity, size, and then click on “Add to basket”.
2) You can purchase immediately by clicking on “Complete order”. Alternatively, you can continue shopping without losing
the items already in your basket and complete the purchase procedure later.
3) If you still have not logged in, the system will prompt you for the identification data (user id and password) you used
to register to infoaffreschi.it.
4) Read the summary of your order and select a payment method: COD (cash on delivery, Italy only) or credit card (Italy and
abroad).
5) If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to BankPass’s protected servers, where you will be able
to complete your purchase.
6) Once the purchase has been completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
How to remove an item from the shopping basket
In order to remove an item from your shopping basket, click on the button with the cross or enter the number 0 within the
quantity column of the article you want to remove and click “Update”. The article will disappear from your basket and the
amount will be automatically recalculated. Follow the same procedure if you want to modify the quantity of an article
already in your basket: in this case, instead of the number 0, just enter the desired quantity.
PAYMENT METHODS
For purchases on infoaffreschi.it you may pay by:

2) Cash on delivery (Italy only) Payment is made directly by the customer upon delivery of merchandise.

PAYMENT SECURITY
All credit card transactions go through BankPass’s protected servers; the aforementioned institute
guarantees the confidentiality of your credit card information and of all details concerning your transactions.

transactions.
PAYMENT DEBIT
In case of orders by credit card, first the payment authorization is required. The real debit of the amount will take place
within 3 weeks maximum time.
DELIVERY
The delivery of articles ordered articles is carried out by the following couriers:
- GLS – for Italy
GLS delivers Monday through Friday. Delivery times are subject to change, both in the mornings and in the afternoons. The
courier does not inform the recipient about specific delivery days or times. Therefore, such a service cannot be requested.
Instead, it is very important to indicate a delivery address where someone can collect the parcel. Affreschi & Affreschi
will not be held responsible for possible inefficiencies connected to the courier service.
DHL - TNT delivers Monday through Friday. Delivery times are subject to change, both in the mornings and in the afternoons.
If the customer is absent upon delivery, the courier will leave a note at the point of delivery notifying that the package is
waiting to be delivered. The courier will make two delivery attempts: if unsuccessful, the customer will be contacted.
Therefore, it is very important that the phone number provided - home or mobile – is correct, so that communications are
quick and setbacks can be solved efficiently.
DELIVERY TIMES
Italy
The packaging process will begin 24 hours after the order has been registered. From that moment on, delivery is carried
out in Italy within the following 48-72 hours. Possible delays in the delivery may be caused by working matters of the
courier service (Affreschi & Affreschi will not be responsible) or because the articles ordered are temporarily out of stock.
If this were to be the case, once 5/15 working days have elapsed (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact our customer care
service at info@infoaffreschi.it or call +39 0836 891054. Delivery times could be delayed in case of festivities.
Abroad
The packaging process will begin 24 hours after the order has been registered. From that moment on, delivery is carried out
abroad within the following 20 working days. Possible delays in the delivery may be caused by working matters of the courier
service (Affreschi & Affreschi will not be responsible) or because the articles ordered are temporarily out of stock.
If this were to be the case, once 8 working days have elapsed (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact our customer care service at
info@infoaffreschi.it or call +39 0836 891054. If a country is not included in the shipment list, it
means that delivery to that country is not provided. As Affreschi & Affreschi should add some countries to the shipment list,
please contact info@infoaffreschi.it. Delivery times could be delayed in case of festivities.
Please, don’t enter a PO BOX in the address field, as the courier couldn’t deliver the goods. An usual address must be
entered.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
For shipment towards non-EU countries, goods are subject to customs duties and possible taxes. Any additional tax necessary
to clear package through customs will be paid in full by the recipient.
If the customer refuses the goods, or if the delivery is impossible for any reason (wrong recipient address or phone number;
recipient’s repeated absence; other reasons) a fee will be charged for the following expenses: delivery of goods + return
of goods + customs clearance for the returning goods. The sum will be charged in full to the recipient. Only the value of
the goods will be refunded.
Duties and taxes may differ from country to country and are charged when the goods reach their destination. For further
information regarding duties and clearance, please contact your local customs offices.
WITHDRAWAL RIGHT AND RETURNED GOODS
The Italian Law (Legislative Decree dated May, 22nd 1999 no. 185 art. 5) establishes that the consumer who acts in an
unrelated way to his own commercial activity – retailers and companies are not included – can exercise the withdrawal right
by returning the article to the seller in order to obtain a full refund, in the cases provided for in law.
The withdrawal right can be exercised by sending - within the following 20 working days - a written communication to the
following address: Affreschi & Affreschi, Via Fontanelle, 22 – 73027 Minervino di Lecce Italy.
The communication can be sent within the same time frame also by e-mail to
info@infoaffreschi.it or by fax: +39 0836 891812.
Goods must be returned - within the following 20 working days and joining the filled in Returning Form – to the following
address:

Returning cost will be paid by the customer.
The essential condition to exercise the withdrawal right is to return the purchased items in a good preservation state,
all the returned items must be accurately packed in order to protect the original
covers from any damage. Transport risks in goods returning will be charged to the customers.
No replacements or refunds will be made for products that have been damaged for lack of skill by the customer.
For technical reasons, the colour of products shown on website can be a little different from the real colour: this
variance will not give any replacement or refund right.
No replacements or refunds are possible for special customized products.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Refund’s time is around 30 days, while the goods replacement will take place within 10 days, after checking the goods
status. Some delays might be caused by postponed deliveries to Affreschi & Affreschi from the postal service.

Cash on delivery payment (in Italy only) will be refunded by bank transfer.
Credit card payment will be refunded by re-credit of the amount and refund’s time can depends on the credit card used.
Refund excludes transport charge (both for shipments and returning) and possible customs duties/taxes.
REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
Time limit for forwarding requests and complaints:
15 DAYS for complaints concerning goods which is faulty, damaged, lacking or not pursuant to the order.
3 MONTHS for requests concerning shipments or deliveries (not received packages, delivery problems).
6 MONTHS for requests concerning payment transactions or refunds.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
Trademarks, logos and other distinguishing marks of any kind, used in the website pages, belong to their respective owners;
their use is prohibited to unauthorised third parties, including their reproduction on other websites.

APPLICABLE LAW
